Vouchers can only be purchased through our call centre on 0871 226 1737
Vouchers are in £ sterling and must be redeemed by calling our call centre on 0871 226 1737 and quoting the voucher's unique serial number(s).
Vouchers can be used in a part or full payment of selected Jet2.com services purchased via the call centre including the fare and ancillary services eg checked baggage.
Vouchers may not be used for purchases made on board the aircraft or at the airport or for personal travel insurance, accommodation, car hire or other services provided by third parties.
This voucher expires 1 year from the date of issue stamped on the voucher.
Vouchers will be posted by recorded delivery to the purchaser's address and will normally be despatched within 2 working days. Cleared payment is required prior to despatch.
Any discrepancies in the quantity of vouchers received should be notified to Jet2.com in writing to the address below within two days of delivery.
Jet2.com has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers once delivered.
Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash and can not be replaced if lost or stolen. Where vouchers redeemed exceed the relevant purchase price, no cash refund will be offered.
Once the serial number has been quoted the voucher is automatically void and can not be reused.
