On Saturday night, in a tasty warm up to the Union Semi-Final, the Jet2.com sponsored Leeds Rhinos thumped St Helens at Old Trafford, 33-6, to win the Super League Grand Final.
Then to cap it all England, buoyed on by the large number of fans from Northern England at the Stade de France who had flown to Paris with with Jet2.com from Leeds and Manchester, made Le Mincemeat of France and secured a place in the World Cup Final.
Well done Carnegie, sheer brilliance from the Rhinos and come on England!
