Jet2.com’s special service to Barcelona took to the skies yesterday morning, carrying excited Celtic fans for their all-important UEFA Champions League tie with the Spanish masters.
The sold out Jet2.com service to Barcelona Airport departed at 07:30, allowing fans to soak up the atmosphere in one of the world’s most beautiful cities before the big kick-off at 7:45pm. Supporters will be able to see stars such as Lionel Messi, Xavi Hernandez and Andres Iniesta strut their stuff, whilst hoping Neil Lennon’s men can continue their bright start to the European campaign with victory.
The return flight departs at 14:00 on Wednesday 24 October, leaving plenty of time for fans to enjoy Barcelona and even fit in a spot of sightseeing.
