For three decades Bryan Adams has been performing to packed out arenas all over the world and on June 19th he’ll be performing in front of another full house at Prague’s O2 Arena.
Having sold over 75 million albums worldwide Bryan Adams is officially the best selling Canadian artist of all time. Throughout his illustrious career Adams has won countless awards and nominations including 20 Juno awards and no less than 15 Grammy award nominations. Perhaps he’s best known for his record-breaking number one “Everything I Do, I Do It For You” which was number one in the UK for sixteen weeks.
Prague attracts other big names in 2011
For the first time ever Beatles legend and solo artist Ringo Starr will bring his All Star Band to the capital city for a night of hits we all know and love including songs like ‘With a Little Help From My Friends’ and “Octopus’ Garden”. Ringo Starr and his All Star Band will perform at the Prague Congress Centre on June 29th.
Other artists set to visit Prague in 2011 are George Michael (22 Aug), Lenny Kravitz (15th Nov) and Rihanna (7 Dec) as well as a whole host of summer music festivals. With so many gigs happening visitors on cheap flights to Prague can get their fix of live music whilst visiting a beautiful historic city at the same time.
