Chamonix had been regarded as one of the world’s most famous ski resort
destinations for extreme skiers and snowboarders. Brevent, Flegere, Le Tour,
Vallorcine, Houches and the rest of
Chamonix Valley Ski had their lifts opened a couple of weeks ago, beginning a
full blast ski season.

With the upcoming event called Winter Sessions; a
unique collection of events throughout the French Alps, where music, art and
snow sports collide will surely delight party goers as well. Can you think
of a better way to begin your New Year than 4,810 meters above the ground, with
the panoramic Alps as the backdrop?
A
Well Rounded Ski Resort
What makes cheap flights to Chamonix irresistible to
holiday get-goers is the value for money and access to state-of-the-art
facilities, convenient roads and airports and of course plenty of snow. Add to
this high-end shops and boutiques, nice restaurants and bars to dine in,
well-planned activities and programmes that cater, not just to
extreme-adrenaline addicts, but to nature lovers as well.
The upsurge in apartment and lodging services in the
area commences now that the ski winter season has officially begun. If the rest
of Europe despise snow due to delay of flights it causes, I don’t think that is
the case in Chamoix.
