Enjoy Autumn Festivals in Nice and The French Riviera

Autumn is here but that doesn’t mean there’s any shortage of festivals and events happening on the beautiful French Riviera.

Nice Short Film Festival

Many of Hollywood’s top directors and actors started their career in short movies and Nice’s Short Film Festival showcases the works of budding film talent from all over the world. Over 150 shorts will be shown during this six-day film fest. The festival takes place from the 18th – 23rd October.

Manca Music Festival, Nice

Nice’s National Centre of Musical Creation organises the annual Manca Music Festival, with terrific song and dance performances in various locations across Nice, Monaco and Grasse.

The Fourres de Rire Comedy Festival

The festival features established comedians as well as the best in up and coming comedy talent at Nice’s Francis Gag theatre in October.

Cannes International Dance Festival

One of the biggest autumn festivals on the French Riviera is the Dance Festival, which features premieres and stars from the world of dance.

It takes place from the 27th November – 4 December at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
