Those wanting a great value package
break can book with sister company Jet2holidays,
with packages starting from just £281 per person for 3-star self-catering
accommodation, including flights, resort transfers and a generous 22kg baggage

Bodrum is found on the southern coast of the Bodrum Peninsula.
Boasting hot weather, turquoise seas, beautiful beaches and a rich and ancient
history, it is a resort which offers something for everyone. The charming
port area is buzzing with traditional Turkish life, from the food to the many
local souvenirs available on the bustling markets. Holidaymakers can choose
holidays from 2 star value to 5 star luxury all-inclusive – whether people want
child friendly or relaxing chill-out accommodation. Bodrum is also well suited
to those looking for nightlife, with bars aplenty and in easy travelling
distance to the nearby resort of Gumbet, with its many clubs open until the
early hours.
Ian
Doubtfire, managing director of Jet2.com, commented: “We’re
delighted our first flight has taken off to Bodrum, carrying Yorkshire
passengers to the sunny holiday hotspot. Turkey is always an extremely popular
location for British holidaymakers, with its winning combination of
breathtaking beaches, bustling nightlife, fascinating history and reasonable
prices. This year’s flights have sold so well we’ve already put next summer on
sale, so people can book ahead. We look forward to welcoming more and more
customers to Turkey over the coming months, enjoying the benefits of our low
fares, friendly service, great flight times and generous 22kg baggage
allowance.”
Tony Hallwood, Leeds Bradford
Airport’s Commercial Director, added: “We welcome this new summer route from Jet2.com providing
easy access to Turkey from Yorkshire. The Bodrum peninsula has much to offer
all kinds of holidaymakers, from sun seekers to party people, so it is no
surprise that flights for summer 2011 and 2012 are selling so well.”
