Beating off fierce competition from the likes of Ryanair and American giant Southwest Airlines, Jet2.com was a firm favourite with readers, who gave the airline an overall satisfaction of 81.74 per cent. Over the past ten years, the survey has grown to be recognised as one of the most comprehensive guides to all aspects of the travel industry, with thousands of readers voting in over 20 separate categories.
News that will not surprise passengers who have already travelled with the airline was that Jet2.com scored highly for punctuality, with other low cost airlines unable to compete.
