As today’s Independence Day celebrations (4th July) gets the nation in the mood for all things American, leading leisure airline Jet2.com and package holiday specialists Jet2holidays, are advising people to book now to take advantage of their direct services to New York this winter.

In the seven weeks since the flights were launched, well over half the seats have now been booked on the airline’s trips to New York from four regional airports, as shoppers, sightseers and fashionistas plan to hit the Big Apple to experience all the famous city has to offer this festive season.
