Ian Doubtfire, Managing Director of Jet2.com and Alan Blackwell, Principal of Craven College, put their signatures to a cooperation agreement that confirms The Aviation Academy as a training partner for Jet2.com cabin crew. The Aviation Academy will train 75 new candidates, from the Yorkshire, Humberside, Lancashire and East Midlands regions, who are hoping to secure their wings to become cabin crew for Jet2.com.
The Aviation Academy, Craven College's unique airside training facility at Leeds Bradford International Airport, will see hopeful candidates undertake a five week training course. Successful completion of the course brings candidates a step closer to securing an exciting new job which really will take the recruits to new heights.
Applications for Jet2.com cabin crew positions must be made through the airline's recruitment site www.Jet2.com/careers . This is followed by an invitation to a selection day to attend an interview, if they are successful they are then asked to attend a training course which upon completion and achieving a high standard will be offered a fixed term contract with Jet2.com.
