Getting There

  • How do I book airport parking?

    This can be booked via the London Stansted Airport website.

  • I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?

    Yes, there is a drop off point located outside the terminal. The Orange and Green zones in the short stay car parks or the free option in the mid stay car park are recommended for picking up passengers.

  • Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?

    There is only one terminal and one check-in hall at London Stansted Airport.

Check-In

  • What time will the check-in desk open?

    The check-in desk will open 3 hours before departure.

  • Is there a separate queue for online check-in?

    No. We ask all customers, with luggage to drop off, to join one queue for our all destinations check-in.

  • What time will the check-in desk close?

    The check-in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.

Special Assistance

  • Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?

    Omniserv provide Special Assistance at London Stansted Airport.

  • Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?

    Yes. Help Call points are located at entrance and exit barriers and also at pay stations.

  • Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?

    You should proceed to the special assistance help desk which is at the front of the terminal building, between Check-in Zones D and E. It is staffed 24 hours a day.

At The Airport

  • Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?

    Yes. This can be purchased from the London Stansted Airport website or from the FastTrack sales desk located at the entrance to Security.

  • I have lost something in the airport/onboard a Jet2.com aircraft. Which telephone number can I call?

    For lost items in the airport contact Luggage Point on 0330 223 0893. For items lost on an aircraft contact First Flight Forwarders on 01279 813000. 

  • Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

    Yes. This can be purchased via the London Stansted Airport website.

  • Travelling with hand baggage only?

    If travelling with hand baggage only and if you are in possession of your boarding card, you may proceed straight to security (unless your boarding card indicates otherwise). We advise that you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your flight to allow enough time.
