How do we perform?
Jet2.com is focused on providing the best possible performance and improving the customer experience. We believe in providing honest feedback about how we are doing and the following stats are for performance in February 2010.
The On Time Performance for the previous 12 months was 89.4%
Punctuality
Unlike most airlines, we consider any delay to be a bad delay. As a result, we measure all delays which are more than 5 minutes whereas most airlines only measure delays which are more than 15 minutes.
In Feb 2010, 92.8% of flights departed within 5 minutes of schedule.
Hardly any flights cancelled:
NO FLIGHTS CANCELLED IN FEBRUARY
We only ever cancel a flight when we simply have no other choice. This will invariably be for safety, weather outside of safe operating limits or strike reasons.
