There’s much more to Dalaman than simply beaches and sea; if you’re after a bit of sightseeing you won’t be disappointed. To get a feel for Turkey’s history then visit the Old Quarter in Marmaris where you can see the open-air amphitetheatre and then go and indulge in some mouth-watering Turkish cuisine in one of the fantastic traditional restaurants. Another popular area for holidaymakers to Dalaman is Antalya’s Old Harbour, lined with shops and restaurants – where you can sample the local fresh fish; it's always busy with yachts mooring up.
