Flights are subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and Bank/School Holidays. A restricted number of free seats are available per flight, Jet2.com reserve the right to offer an alternative date/destination if this allocation is met. Flights must be booked by and taken by dates as specified by Jet2.com. Changes to names and travel dates are subject to the standard change fee plus any difference in fare as outlined in the airline's general terms and conditions of carriage, which can be found on www.jet2.com.
Flights may be changed or cancelled by the airline for administrative reasons without prior notice. In accordance with our terms and conditions Jet2.com's schedules are not guaranteed. Any changes will be notified via email. One item of checked baggage is included per person. Flights may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner along with one other traveller. Flights must be taken at the same time and are non-transferable. www.jet2.com recommends that you take out your own insurance as this is not included in this prize. Golden Ticket Promotion
Promotion overview
6 Golden Tickets will be placed inside Shaw and Lisle Sandwiches on Jet2.com flights between 1st May and 31st October 2013.
The terms and conditions set out below apply to the promotion.
Eligibility
To be entitled to redeem the Golden Ticket claimants must be aged over 18 years at the date of redemption of the Golden Ticket.
Employees of Jet2.com or any company involved in the promotion or, if relevant, production of a website or print media for the promotion, or any advertising agency or web company connected with Jet2.com or any such person’s subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to redeem a Golden Ticket.
Golden Ticket Entitlement
- Golden Ticket holders will be entitled to redeem it to receive a 16GB Wi-Fi only iPad mini.
- The Golden Ticket entitlement is non–transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- The Golden Ticket must be redeemed within 6 weeks of purchase.
Redemption Procedure
To redeem the Golden Ticket, please call the number on the ticket. You will be required to submit:
- Proof of purchase of the sandwich
- Flight number and date of the purchase
- The original Golden Ticket printed with a serial number
Data Protection and Publicity
- Golden Ticket holders may be requested, for a reasonable period after the promotion closes, to take part in promotional activity and the promoter reserves the right to use the names and addresses of Golden Ticker holders, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
- Any personal data relating to Golden Ticket holders will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
General
- Jet2.com reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time without notice.
- In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the conduct of this promotion, the results and all other matters relating to the promotion, the decision of Jet2.com shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
- The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Key Terms
- 1. This competition is for the chance for you and 99 other people to have your own private Jet2.com plane as part of our ‘Party on a Plane’ campaign. The plane will be themed as you choose, you’ll be taken from your Jet2.com departure airport of choice to any existing Jet2.com destination of your choice and back again. Once there your prize includes 1 night room-only accommodation for 100 people provided by Jet2holidays.
- 2. Competition opens on Monday 28th January 2013 , the competition closes midday 22nd February 2013.Competition is online only. postaltal or telephone entries will not be accepted.

How to Enter
- 7. You need to fill 100 places on your ‘Party on a Plane’. To enter the competition you must invite a minimum of 99 of your facebook friends to attend your party plane. Competition entry is only complete once the online Entry Form has then been completed and submitted.
- 8. The Entry Form requires completing by you and each of your 99 facebook friends via an online form which can be found at www.jet2.com/partyplane. Once the Entry Form is properly and fully completed and submitted online your entry will be valid.
- 9. The online Entry Form also requires you to detail the theme of your party plane, as well as the Jet2.com destination of your choice. Your choice of theme and reasons for entering will form part of the shortlisting criteria (see below).
- 10. Participants are entitled to submit one entry only. However participants are entitled to be an invited Facebook friend, on an unlimited number of other entries submitted by other Facebook friends.
- 11. All entries must be completed in full on the online Entry Form by midday on 22nd February 2013.
Judging and Winner’s Notification
- 12. All entries will be shortlisted by a panel of judges chosen by Jet2.com working to a criteria which will be judged based on the content and responses in the Entry Form. This will be done after midday on the close of the competition on 22nd February 2013.
- 13. The top 10 entries will then be entered into a public vote for the best entry. Details of how the public will be able to vote will be provided when the top 10 entries are published.
- 14. The winner will be the entry which receives the most votes as the best entry.
- 15. The winner will be announced following the public vote on Monday 4th March 2013.
- 16. Winners shall be notified by telephone or email by Jet2.com (not Facebook). If Jet2.com cannot contact a winner directly by 28th March 2013, Jet2.com reserves the right to choose another winner from the remaining 9 shortlisted entries, based on the same criteria.
Terms regarding the Prize
- 17. The winner must redeem their prize by 31st March 2013 and take their ‘party on a plane’ by 30th November 2013.
- 18. The flight is restricted to 100 passengers, with the remaining seats taken by crew and media.
- 19. Jet2.com and Jet2holidays reserve the right to offer alternative dates/destinations/accommodation.
- 20. Jet2.com reserves the right to vary any elements of the theme of the flight for flight safety or other operational reasons.
- 21. Jet2.com’s general terms and conditions of carriage, which can be found on www.jet2.com, apply to each member of your party.
- 22. Passengers may only take one piece of hand baggage on the flight weighing no more than 10kg and in size.
- 23. Any additional services e.g. hold baggage or extra leg room must be booked and paid for at the airport. Passengers with special needs such as requirement for wheelchair assistance should inform the organisers at time of booking the flight. Checked baggage is not included but can be purchased for an additional charge.
- 24. All passengers travelling on the prize flights must have a valid passport to travel, together with any relevant visa and/or other entry requirements.
- 25. The winning entrant must travel.
- 26. No purchase is necessary.
- 27. This competition is open to residents of Great Britain over the age of 14 years excluding employees and officers of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays and/or their relatives; anyone professionally connected with the competition including (but not limited to) employees of the marketing agencies.

How to claim your refund:

for your refund within 28 days of your purchase from us with:
- a copy of your onboard receipt or proof of purchase.
- proof of UK airport retailer product price, including details of location, date and time.

- The Jet2shopping Price Promise excludes tobacco products and all snacks, food and beverages sold for onboard consumption.
- You must write to us within 28 days of your purchase of the product from us.

- The product sold by the UK airport retailer must be exactly the same as the product for sale onboard, e.g. size/style of product.

- Promotion is only valid for registered myJet2 members
- Offer: redeem 500 points for a £25 discount on a Jet2holidays booking. More points can be redeemed to apply multiple £25 discounts to the same booking. A minimum of 500 points can be redeemed per booking. Up to 1,000 points can be redeemed per passenger. For example, a booking of 4 people could redeem 1000 points per person, saving £50 per person, a total saving of £200
- Promotion is only valid on new bookings made by 31st July 2013.
- Valid on holidays departing before 30th April 2014.

Yorkshire Post 6 day Flight Giveaway with Jet2.com
- This competition runs from Saturday 30th March to Friday 5th March 2013 in the Yorkshire Post (excluding Sunday).
- The Prize is for two return flights including 22kg baggage per person. Flights are subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and Bank/School Holidays. Flights must be booked by 31st May 2013 and taken by 31st March 2014 inclusive.
- A restricted number of free seats are available per flight Jet2.com reserve the right to offer an alternative date/destination to the one offered if this allocation is met.
- Flights must be booked by and taken by dates as specified by Jet2.com. Changes to names and travel dates are subject to the standard change fee plus any difference in fare as outlined in the airline’s general terms and conditions of carriage, which can be found on www.jet2.com.
- Flights may be changed or cancelled by the airline for administrative reasons without prior notice. In accordance with our terms and conditions Jet2.com’s schedules are not guaranteed. Any changes will be notified via email.
- One item of checked baggage is included per person.
- Flights may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner along with one other traveller.
- Flights must be taken at the same time and are non-transferable.
- Jet2.com recommends that you take out your own insurance as this is not included in this prize. You must have a valid email address to claim this prize.
- Prize automatically expires two years after issue unless otherwise specified.
- Winners will be notified by the Yorkshire Post and a letter of confirmation will be sent out by post including the full terms and conditions of your prize.
Terms and Conditions – Email Survey
- The prize draw is open to every participant who successfully completes the email survey. One winner will be drawn at random by an independent party on the 15th of every month, starting on the 15th September 2011.
- The winner will be notified by email to the email address submitted in the survey. The winner will have three months to claim their prize. Claims more than three months after the date of the initial email to the winner will not be valid.
- The prize is two return flights departing from any of Jet2.com's eight UK Airports to a European destination of Jet2.com's choice. The prize excludes Christmas flights to New York.
- Flights are subject to the general competition terms and conditions. Flights are subject to the block out periods per departure airport. By completing the survey the winning participant agrees for his/her name to be used in PR and Marketing services by Jet2.com.
