How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking on our website simply by making your selection in the 'Flight search box' or by clicking on the 'low fare FINDER' icon. You are not committed to anything until you enter your payment card details and click on the final “Complete Your Order” button on the payment screen. The booking process is a 5 step process of choosing destinations and dates, choosing flights, confirming flight details, providing passenger details and then payment details. During Step 5 you must read the Jet2.com Terms and Conditions and click the box to accept those conditions. You will be prompted to click the "To complete your order" icon, at which stage Jet2.com will then process your booking. If Jet2.com accepts your booking, Jet2.com will confirm your booking on-line and with an email confirmation, at which stage the booking will be complete. If at any stage prior to completing step 5 you would like to change information you have inputted you can simply click on the relevant step number contained in the red box to be taken back to that previous step. We recommend you do not use the “back” button on the top frame of the screen. If you encounter difficulties during the booking process, you may contact our help desk.
