Change or view your booking
How can I view my booking?
You may view or email your booking via our online View or Change Booking facility. Please note you will require your booking reference in order to use this facility. If you have misplaced your booking reference, please contact our Call Centre.
When viewing your booking information, please be aware that if you have changed your booking since it was first made, the total displayed will correspond to your change fee, not the original total for your purchase.

Can I change a flight date, time, name or route on my booking?
Flight dates, times and passengers’ names are changeable subject to availability within our current published schedules. However, we do not permit route changes. All changes are subject to successful completion of the change and payment of our current change fee charges.

Where can I change a flight date, time or name?
You can change the date or time of your booking online up to the day before the scheduled departure date, please visit our Change your booking facility. You may be able to make a change on the same day at our departure airport Sales Desks or if you contact our Call Centre up to 4 hours before the departure, subject to Call Centre opening hours. Name changes can only be made through our Call Centre or Sales Desks.

How much does it cost to change a booking?
Changes cost 25GBP/ 36EUR/ 58CHF/ 1250CZK/ 300NOK/ 150PLN per person per one-way flight, for name or date. In addition, where a change of person has been made or a date has been changed, any increase between the fare paid and the current available fare per sector at the time of making such a change, will be charged. If the fare has decreased, no refund will be paid. Once again, the use of credit cards will incur a fee per person per individual flight of 2GBP/ 3EUR/ 5.5CHF/ 90CZK/ 26NOK/ 13PLN and the use of debit cards 1GBP/ 1.5EUR/ 3CHF/ 45CZK/ 13NOK/ 6.5PLN.

Where is the cheapest place to change my booking?
Passengers may generally make date changes online. Other changes to a booking can generally be made by contacting our Call Centre or our Sales Desk located at our departure airports.
Online discounts are not available when flights are booked or changed through our Call Centre or Sales Desks.
We charge an administration fee of 25GBP/ 36EUR/ 58CHF/ 1250CZK/ 300NOK/ 150PLN per name change and per date change, per one way flight. In addition, if the flight time demands a higher basic price you will be re-charged the difference.
