Contract of carriage

What is a contract of carriage?

When you buy travel on a flight we operate, you enter a contract of carriage with us. The contract gives you the right to be carried on the flights shown in your itinerary/receipt. The contract is made up of the following elements:

  • the terms and conditions set out in your itinerary/receipt
  • our conditions of carriage
  • our regulations

Alteration/modification/waiver

For the avoidance of doubt, no Jet2.com employee, representative or agent has the authority to alter, modify or waive any of Jet2.com's conditions of contract, conditions of carriage or regulations unless in writing.
