What will the premium in-flight meal be?
Onboard you will be treated to a fantastic in-flight meal with chocolates, a complimentary drink and a tea or coffee. The meal consists of a luxury salad (tuna, chicken, feta cheese or quorn) with a ciabatta roll. On early morning flights a wake-up breakfast meal will be served. Select from vegetarian or non-vegetarian options when making your booking online. For Jet2.com Plus bookings made at the departure airport, you will receive a £5.00 voucher to spend on food and drink from the SkyShop selection. You are still entitled to a complimentary drink and a tea or coffee.

Do you guarantee all of the services will be available on the day?
While we will always endeavour to do our best to deliver the services offered, sometimes not all features will be available and this will generally be due to circumstances outside our control. We regret that the cost is not refundable in whole or part. However, in the extremely unlikely event that we are obliged to cancel the flight - perhaps due to extreme weather or strike, and you do not travel, you will, of course, be refunded the full cost in addition to your flight booking costs, on application. Please note: 1) There is no Fast Track available on inbound flights or in Belfast. 2) The lounge in Lanzarote has limited space. 3) For flights LS919 Manchester - Tenerife (06.30) lounge access available from 05.30 only.

I want to upgrade to Jet2plus but I also want double leg room seats. How do I achieve this?
Jet2plus offers seating towards the front cabin, but not double leg room seats which are invariably emergency exit seats. Both services must be purchased separately.

I have already paid for pre-allocated seating. Can the money I’ve paid be discounted from the cost of upgrading to Jet2plus? Alternatively, can I apply for a refund of the original cost?
Pre-allocated seating is non-refundable. Therefore, if you have already reserved a seat you will not be refunded nor will you be able to offset money previously paid towards Jet2plus.

I have allocated myself a seat in the aircraft as I like to sit near the rear. Will buying Jet2plus mean I have to move seats?
At check-in you will be asked whether you would like to move to a seat towards the front of the aircraft. However, if you prefer to remain with your chosen seat allocation you are free to do so.

Can I check-in online and be a Jet2plus passenger?
Yes, you can check-in online. However, in order to receive identification that you are a Jet2plus passenger and, therefore, entitled to the privileges it brings, you must visit the "Priority Check-In Desk" when you arrive at the airport and show your boarding card and photographic ID. If you do not, this may cause delays and you will not be granted access through fast track Security or into the Executive Lounge.

Is there a dress code in the Executive Lounges?
The lounges are used by different sets of people travelling for both business and leisure. You should therefore dress appropriately. It is possible that you may be refused entry if you do not.
