TripAdvisor has named us Best Airline – UK at the inaugural Travellers’ Choice awards for airlines!

The awards, covering every major carrier, are based on an algorithm that takes into account the quantity and quality of airline reviews and ratings submitted by travellers over the past 12 months and we came out on top in the UK!

That’s not all – our customers are so happy with our great flight times, friendly service, impressive 22kg baggage allowance and helpful staff that we were also named Best Low-Cost Airline – Europe, too!

Jet2.com is the only UK airline to be awarded Which? ‘Recommended Provider’ status, following success in 2016’s Which? Travel Airlines Survey. The survey is based on the thoughts of 7,500 Which? members, and their real-life experiences of factors such as punctuality, boarding, customer service, cabin environment, food and drink, comfort and value for money.

Thanks to our overall customer score in the survey, we beat our main competitors, alongside a number of national carriers to claim 5th spot in the ranking, up from 10th last year.

We’ve recently teamed up with Feefo, one of the UK’s biggest review websites, so you can tell us what you thought of your booking experience. Already, our feedback has gone above and beyond 4.5/5, with over two-thirds of our customers giving us a five-star rating!

After people book a flight with Jet2.com or a package holiday with Jet2holidays, they are able to leave a rating out of five on Feefo by following a link we provide on their confirmation email.
