8th July, 15th July, 22nd July & 29th July Potential Portuguese Air Traffic Strike Action: 

Jet2.com have been made aware of potential industrial action supported by Portuguese Air Traffic Controllers between 14:00 and 16:00 (Portuguese Local Time) on the above dates.  As the disruption these strikes may cause is unknown we advise all customers that Jet2.com will be operating to an on-time schedule for flights entering Portuguese Airspace or Operating to/from Portugal and Madeira. During these times, our check in desks will close and flights will be boarded in line with our scheduled departure times. We ask that all customers ensure they have provisions with them for potential prolonged waiting times either at the airport or on board your aircraft. Any further updates or information will be published on this page of our website and will be made available at your departure airport check in area.  

Antalya Airport - Terminal Change

Jet2.com advises that due to circumstances beyond our control all our flights will operate to and from TERMINAL 2 at Antalya Airport until further notice. Our Jet2holidays staff will for this time be situated at our Jet2holidays /MTS agency desk in Terminal 2. If your booking is with Jet2holidays and you have a transfer booked on arrival, once you have collected your luggage and cleared security control you proceed to DESK 26 where our team are available to answer any questions and direct you to your transfer. Our resort team are working with the airport and if anything changes we will update this page of the website. 

All Jet2.com flights for today are currently planned to operate as normal. Jet2.com customers are advised to arrive at their departure airport at least 2 hours before their scheduled departure time.

As soon as we are aware of any significant changes to our flights the information will be published here.  This section of our website can be accessed directly via jet2.com/info 

We advise all Jet2.com customers to check this section of our website at least 12 hours before their scheduled departure time, for the latest Jet2.com flight information. We will also endeavour to send email and SMS text alerts to customers affected by a schedule change who have booked direct with Jet2.com and registered their mobile phone number with us at the time of booking.

If you have booked direct with us and not registered your mobile phone number, you can do this now via the Manage My Booking banner on the homepage.

Jet2holidays customers who are affected by a cancellation or are severely delayed and require assistance should contact the phone number on your booking confirmation and the Jet2holidays team will do their best to assist you.
