RomaFictionFest Celebrates all things Television

If you’re planning to visit Italy’s beautiful capital city in late September then why not check out Rome’s Television Fiction Festival while you’re there, known globally as RomaFictionFest. RomaFictionFest

Now in its fifth year, the annual event celebrates everything from television serial dramas to television feature films from all over the world. Britain is always well represented at the event and past award winners include hit TV shows such as Shameless, Spooks and Skins.
The RomaFictionFest takes place from Sunday, September 25th to Friday, September 30th at the at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, the Auditorium in Via della Conciliazione and at the Casa del  Cinema in central Rome.

More Celebrity Spotting at Rome’s Film Festival

If you can’t make it in time for this year’s RomaFictionFest then perhaps you could attend the Rome Film Festival, which takes place from October 27th – November 4th.

The annual event attracts thousands of film fans and Hollywood’s hottest celebrities are often seen gracing the red carpets. Past celebrities spotted at the event include Gerard Butler, Keira Knightley and Eva Mendes.

The airport is conveniently located around 20 miles from the city centre and with cheap flights to Rome available daily at, you could soon be mixing with the stars at this year’s film and television events.
