The following information is the latest update concerning our operation at Alicante Airport following the recent fire that has affected part of the terminal building.
As the terminal is now open, all Jet2.com flights are planned to operate as scheduled and on time to and from Alicante.
Due to some areas of the terminal building being closed to the general public we would advise all customers to be prepared for potential extended wait times for departing flights at check in, security, airport facilities and boarding gate areas.
Arriving flights may experience extended wait times for security and baggage reclaim, however this should be minimal.
Although the airport authorities are working non-stop to restore the terminal to normal operation, you may find that there are limited facilities available (including toilet facilities and retail units) in certain areas.
We are working closely with the airport teams to ensure minimal disruption to our operation. Please ensure you check the information on departure screens around the terminal building as boarding gate information for your flight will be displayed as soon as it is available.
