Making a Booking

You can make a booking online via our website or app, through our Call Centre, at our airport sales desks, or at your local travel agent.

If your booking is for 10 people or more, you can book with just a £30 deposit per person. Please visit our Groups page or call us on 0800 408 0779. A member of the Groups team will be happy to help you.

You can pay online by using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal (GBP or EUR). Our Call Centre, will accept credit or debit cards, while our airport customer help desks will accept credit or debit cards as well as cash in local currency. If you book online, you should receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk mail folder for messages from reservations@jet2.com or contact our Call Centre, – please don’t try to make another booking unless you are certain that your original attempt was not successful.

Please read our Terms and Conditions before you go ahead with your booking. You’ll be asked to confirm that you’ve read and accepted these before you make your booking.
