What is a Linked Travel Arrangement?

In certain circumstances you may book a linked travel arrangement under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. This type of arrangement will occur if:

  1. you purchase 2 or more travel services for the purpose of the same trip/holiday and you either separately select/pay for each travel service on one occasion or under a single contact with us; or

  2. you choose and book at least another travel service with a different third party supplier within 24 hours of you receiving your booking confirmation from us for the first travel service booked and we provide you a link or information as to how you can book an additional service. but only where we send any such additional travel services to you in a targeted manner e.g. by a link in an e-mail.

Please note: Linked Travel Arrangements are not package holidays. We will inform you if your booking will create a linked travel arrangement and advise you of the level of protection you will receive.
