Hidden Disabilities

We recognise that everyone’s needs are different, and that air travel can be stressful for some of our customers. Our friendly Customer Helpers have all received training on hidden disabilities and will do everything possible to help you and make your experience as easy as possible. Please contact us on 0800 408 5591 before travel to ask us about any specific requirements, and make us aware when you arrive at check-in. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your needs throughout your journey. Did you know? You can make Assisted Travel requests at the same time you make your next Jet2 booking, without having to contact us!

You will also find that many airports offer a distinctive lanyard to customers who suffer from a hidden disability, to ease your journey through the airport. These can normally be collected free of charge from the airport’s Assisted Travel desk in the terminal.
