Whilst this is not directly disrupting the schedule of our flights we ask that all customers please take into consideration and allow extra time for the airport procedures before departures.

We also kindly advise all customers to closely monitor the airport departure screens at the airport for updates to your check-in desk location.

If your flight has checked in on Level 0 (Arrivals/Lower Level), once you have checked in for your flight you will need to proceed to security, this is located on Level 1 (Departures and Security/Upper Level).
