Hold Baggage
Our Jet2 checked baggage allowance means you can book up to three bags of up to 22kg per person (excluding infants), per flight.
Please note that no single item of baggage may weigh more than 32kg. Any baggage that exceeds your total weight allowance will be carried subject to availability and at our discretion. You may also need to pay an excess baggage fee, which is £12 per kg.
Please note that no single item of baggage may weigh more than 32kg. Any baggage that exceeds your total weight allowance will be carried subject to availability and you shall be required to pay an excess baggage fee, if applicable.

Outside the UK, we generally accept payment for additional baggage fees at the airport in local currency, or by a credit card or debit card. Please note, all our UK departure airports are cashless meaning only payment by credit card or debit card is permitted.
If you are planning to travel with excess baggage, please allow extra time to complete the check-in process.
On request, and if you have approval from us beforehand, certain items of sporting or medical equipment may be carried with additional weight allowance. Please contact us before making your booking to seek the authorisation you need. If you don’t inform us in advance, we reserve the right to refuse carriage or charge a fee for these items.
Travelling with an infant?
Although infants don’t have their own checked baggage allowance, if you have hold luggage on your booking, we’ll automatically increase your allowance by an extra 10kg per infant, free of charge. That gives you some more room for any extra items you want to check in for your infant. This additional allowance does not need to be pre-booked – our Red Team will add this on to your booking at check-in.
