Wednesday 07th October 2015 – Possible French Air Traffic Control Strike

We have been advised of possible strike action by one of the union’s of the Air Traffic Control Service in France. This is expected to take place from 18:00 BST Wednesday 07th October 2015 until 05:00 BST Friday 09th October 2015. Should the strike action go ahead, there maybe some disruption to our flying programme.

 Thursday 8th October 2015 - Italian Airport Strike

Strike action supported by Italian Airports are due to take place from 13:00 BST Thursday 8th October 2015 until 17:00 BST Thursday 8th October 2015. As a result of this strike action, there may some disruption to our flying programme. 

We would like to reassure our customers that are doing everything possible to ensure flights operate as scheduled and we would therefore ask that all customers check-in on time as we will be boarding flights for an on-time scheduled departure

Krakow Airport Disruption

Please be advised that Krakow airport has recently opened a new extension to the current terminal building. Passengers may be affected by possible disruption whilst teething problems are rectified.

The airport authority has provided ‘passenger helpers’ which can be easily identifiable in yellow t-shirts. These extra helpers will also be on hand outside the terminal building and at the newly opened train station.

All flights for today are currently planned to operate as normal. customers are advised to arrive at their departure airport at least 2 hours before their scheduled departure time.

We will also endeavour to send email and SMS text alerts to customers affected by a schedule change who have booked direct with and registered their mobile phone number with us at the time of booking.
