Air Passenger Duty Information

From the 1st March 2016, the UK Government has removed Air Passenger Duty (APD) for children under 16. Our fares for all flights departing the UK for travel from 1st March 2016 have already been reduced to include this saving!

7. myJet2 customer account

You can create a myJet2 account with us, to manage all of your Jet2.com and Jet2holidays bookings in one place. When you choose to set up a “Myjet2 account”, we will ask you to enter an email address and password, and we will create an account for you and we will send you an email to confirm that we have created your account.

We will keep you logged into your account for 90 days, unless you choose to log-out earlier.

Whilst you are logged in, any bookings that you make will be added to your account. You can also add bookings that you have previously made and view those within your account (you will only be able to do this if the email address on the booking matches). If you have chosen to update your personal details within your profile, when you make a new booking, they can be pre-filled for you within future bookings. Although you can change these whilst making a booking, this won’t update any details stored within the account so please do make sure these are up to date when you make a new booking.

Please note, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all actions which take place in your account.

We reserve the right to deactivate your account or remove the account functionality at any time – but this will not affect your bookings which you can continue to access via Manage My Booking or via the Contact Centre. If your account is not used for a certain period, we may get in touch with you, to see if you still want to keep your account and then take steps to deactivate it.

If you would like to delete your MyJet2 account, you can do this within the account by logging in, and accessing the personal details section from the account menu, and selecting delete account in the security section at the bottom of the list. You will be asked to provide us with a reason for account deletion, and also requested to validate your email address before asking you to confirm you wish to delete your account. On confirmation of this, you will be logged out of your account, and it will no longer be accessible. Any bookings you have added to your account will still be accessible via the Manage My Booking functionality on our websites but will no longer be linked to your account.
