    The check in desk will open 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure.

  • Is there a separate queue for online check-in?

    No, Jet2.com does not have a separate queue for customers who have checked in online.

  • What time will the check-in desk close?

    The check in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.

Special Assistance

  • Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?

    Special Assistance is performed by the Austrian Red Cross.

  • Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?

    Customers can be collected from outside the front of the terminal up on request.

  • Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?

    You can go to the Service Desk in the departure hall or to the Check-In Desk.

    Unfortunately we have no fast track line in Innsbruck.

    Yes, the Tyrol lounge is available to all customers, customers can buy an entrance through the website https://www.loungepass.com. Furthermore, entering the Lounge with a valid Priority Pass, a Diners Club Card as well as a Lounge Key add-on to a credit card is possible.

  • Travelling with hand baggage only?

    If travelling with hand baggage only and if you are in possession of your boarding card, you may proceed straight to security (unless your boarding card indicates otherwise). We advise that you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your flight to allow enough time.
