Getting There

  • How do I book airport parking?

    Due to the airport reconstruction and upgrading works, available parking is limited. No pre booked car park is available.

  • I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?

    Yes, there's a drop-off point in front of the terminal.

  • Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?

    One terminal is in place both for departures and arrivals.


  • What time will the check-in desk open?

    The check-in desk will open 2.5 hours prior to your scheduled departure.

  • Is there a separate queue for online check-in??

    You'll use the same queue if you've checked in online.

  • What time will the check-in desk close?

    The check-in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.

Special Assistance

  • Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?

    Swissport/Skyserv provide Special Assistance. 

  • Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?

    No meet and greet service is available, so passengers need to make themselves known either to the designated PRM point or at the check-in desks.

  • Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?

    Passengers need to make themselves known either to the designated PRM point or the staff at the check-in desks if they've booked Special Assistance. The assistance begins once the airline or the handler is aware of the passenger, or when the passengers enter the building and go to the designated PRM point.

  • Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?

    There isn't a fast-track lane available.

  • What are the opening times for the Sales desk?

    This is generally the same as the flight times begin. Further opening times may vary depending on aircraft traffic at the airport.

  • I have lost something in the airport/onboard a aircraft. Which telephone number can I call?

    The lost and found office for customers is located in the baggage claim area. The phone number is 003026824400834.

  • Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

    There isn't an airport lounge available.

  • Travelling with hand baggage only?

    Hand luggage passengers with boarding cards can proceed to the gates without having to go through the check-in counters.
