    Yes, there is a drop off/pick up point located at Naples Airport. The drop off point is at departures, for pick up use car-park P2 which is free for the first 20 minutes.

  • Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?

    All Jet2.com flights depart from Terminal 1.

  • What time will the check-in desk open?

    The check in desk will open 2 hours 30 minutes before departure.

  • What time will the check-in desk close?

    The check in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.

  • Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?

    GESAC provide Special Assistance at Naples Airport.

  • Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?

    Yes. There are designated telephone points located at the entrance to the car parks.

  • Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?

    Any customer with assistance booked should proceed to the special assistance room at the end of the corridor near check-in desk 65 on the ground floor.

  • Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?

    Yes. This can be purchased on the day from the ticket machines near security.

  • What are the opening times for the Sales desk?

    The Sales desk is open from 5:00 until 20:30.

  • I have lost something in the airport/onboard a Jet2.com aircraft. Which telephone number can I call?

    For items lost in the airport contact airport security on 0039 081 7896412. For items lost onboard, contact the airport lost and found on 0039 081 19494180.

  • Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

    Yes. This can be booked at the airport on the day or via the airport website.

  • Travelling with hand baggage only?

    If travelling with hand baggage only and if you are in possession of your boarding card, you may proceed straight to security (unless your boarding card indicates otherwise). We advise that you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your flight to allow enough time.
