  • How do I book airport parking?

  • I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?

    Yes, there are drop off/pick up points located at Geneva Airport Terminal 1.

  • Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?

    All flights depart from Terminal 1.


  • What time will the check-in desk open?

    The check in desks will open 2 hours 30 minutes before departure.

  • What time will the check-in desk close?

    The check in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.


Special Assistance

  • Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?

    GVAssistance will provide Special Assistance at Geneva Airport.

  • Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?

    Special Assistance contact points are available in the airport car parks to request assistance.

  • Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?

    If your flight is checking in from Terminal 1, please go to our check in desks as detailed on the airport information screens. Following check-in, you’ll be directed to our dedicated Special Assistance Provider.
    If your flight is checking in from Terminal 2 (Saturday to 16:00 on a Sunday), please check in at desks 58 & 59 in the common check-in area T1. After this, our friendly check-in agents will be able to request your assistance from our dedicated Special Assistance Provider.

At The Airport

  • Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?

    Yes, this is available but only for flights departing from Terminal 1. You can purchase the priority lane (10CHF) on the airport website up to midnight before your departure date.

  • What are the opening times for the Sales desk?

    The sales desk is open between 05:00-21:00.

  • I have lost something in the airport/onboard a aircraft. Which telephone number can I call?

    For lost property please contact: 0041 900 571 015 (/CHF 1.19/min).
    We advise you complete a lost baggage report with our friendly Swissport colleagues in the baggage reclaim area before calling this number. Further assistance can also be received by using the following link

  • Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

    Yes, this can be purchased by visiting the Geneva airport website,

  • Travelling with hand baggage only?

    If travelling with hand baggage only and if you are in possession of your boarding card, you may proceed straight to any security point in either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. We advise that you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your flight to allow enough time.
