Monday to Friday – All flights depart from Terminal 1.
Saturday and Sunday – With the exception of Saturday & Sunday evening flights, most Jet2.com flights depart from Terminal 2.
Please check the departure screens for your Terminal.
Terminal 2 is located a short walk from Terminal 1 near the P51 parking area. Once checked in, and after security control, you will take a short transfer by bus to the main departure area prior to boarding your flight.
Geneva Airport is very large and there can be long distances between check-in and the boarding gates, so please allow extra time.

If you are due to check in at:
Prior to receiving your pre-booked assistance, proceed directly to Check-in desks 82 and 83 in the main check in hall.
After you have checked in, you can make your way to the GVAssistance office located opposite the check in desks to register and arrange your assistance. Once assistance has been arranged, you will be taken to the assistance Transit Point Airside, where shops and restaurants can be accessed with all friends and family.
You must present yourself at the same point where you were left 1 hour before your scheduled time of departure.
Prior to receiving your pre-booked assistance, proceed directly to your allocated check in desk for your flight.
GVAssistance in Terminal 1 will be contacted by the check-in agent to inform them of your arrival and arrange for you to be assisted once airside.
Where possible, the GVA airport staff present in Terminal 2 will assist you in receiving priority when going through the security control point.
After you proceed through security at Terminal 2, you will be collected from the waiting area 30 minutes prior to the departure time, however, please note facilities in this waiting area are limited with no access to shops or restaurants.
For the best possible experience, it is strongly recommended requesting assistance from the GVAssistance office in Terminal 1, where the options above apply.
