Getting There

  • How do I book airport parking?

    For airport parking see the Izmir Airport website.

  • Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?

    All Jet2.com flights will depart from the Airport International Terminal.

Check-In

  • What time will the check-in desk open?

    The check in desk will open 2.5 hours before departure.

  • What time will the check-in desk close?

    The check in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.

Special Assistance

  • Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?

    HAVAS provide Special Assistance at Izmir Airport.

  • Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?

    Unfortunately, Izmir Airport does not offer this service.

  • Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?

    Departing Turkey:

    Any customer with pre-booked assistance should proceed to the main entrance of the terminal, where a dedicated call and meeting point is located. Alternatively, customers should proceed to the Jet2.com check-in desks or the Special Assistance information desk, located within the terminal building. The airport Special Assistance team will be able to assist you throughout the airport, up to your Jet2.com aircraft. PRM Team will assist you till the Jet2.com aircraft.

    Arriving into Turkey:

    Customers with pre-booked assistance will be met at the aircraft on arrival and will be assisted to the exit doors of the airport only. Please note, due to local restrictions, the Special Assistance provider cannot assist you further than the airport doors. Any customer with pre-booked assistance will be met at the aircraft door upon arrival. The PRM team will assist you until the exit door of the terminal.

At The Airport

  • Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?

    Unfortunately, Izmir Airport does not offer this service.

  • What are the opening times for the Sales desk?

    The Sales desk is open 2.5 hours before departure.

  • I have lost something in the airport/onboard a Jet2.com aircraft. Which telephone number can I call?

  • Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

    Yes. Please call 0090 232 2746464, email primeclasssales@tav.aero or visit the TAV Primeclass website.

  • Travelling with hand baggage only?

    If travelling with hand baggage only and if you are in possession of your boarding card, you may proceed straight to security (unless your boarding card indicates otherwise). We advise that you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your flight to allow enough time.
