Amending your flights booking

If you’re thinking of cancelling your booking, you might like to know that you can change the date of your trip for a fee, plus any increase in the cost of your flight.

If you’re concerned about your travel plans, please note that we follow UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) travel advice and will provide updates if there are any changes to our flights programme that may impact your booking.

To amend the date of your booking, please call our Customer Service team. Please note, we're receiving lots of calls right now, so there’ll be longer than normal call wait times. To speak to one of our friendly advisors, please ring 0333 300 0042.

Cancelling your flights

If you’d like to cancel your booking, you can do this in Manage My Booking by logging in and clicking ‘Cancel flights’. When you request the cancellation, you’ll be sent a cancellation email. Simply follow the link in this email to confirm and complete the cancellation. Please note, all our scheduled flights are non-refundable.
