How do I book airport parking?

Pre-book your airport parking here.

I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?

There’s a free drop-off and pick-up area, which you can use for up to 30 minutes for a £5 fee.

How can I arrange a taxi to/from the airport?

PRC Streamline Taxis are Bournemouth Airport's on-site taxi provider. Call PRC Streamline Taxis on 01202 37 37 37 or book via email at enquiries@prcstreamline.co.uk

Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?

There’s only one terminal at Bournemouth Airport. You can check in at the Departures Hall.

Assisted Travel

Which company will provide me with Assisted Travel?

Assisted Travel is provided by Bournemouth Airport.

Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Assisted Travel)?

Disabled drop-off areas and parking spaces are located in Car Park 1 and are for any length of stay. Passengers requiring assistance from the disabled parking spaces can contact our staff using the help point located in Car Park 1. This will connect them directly to the dedicated and fully trained Special Assistance Team.

Where do I go if I have booked Assisted Travel? Where does my Assisted Travel begin?

The Special Assistance Desk is located at the entrance of the departure terminal. Passengers requiring assistance can go to the desk and the team will ensure they get the service they need.

Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?

Yes, you can book online here.

What are the opening times for the Customer Help Desk?

The desk is open from the first check in of the day and will close after the last arrival.

Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

There’s no airport lounge available at the moment. Keep checking this page for updates.

Travelling with hand baggage only?

If you’re checked in online, you can proceed directly to security and into the departure lounge.
