The journey from Innsbruck’s Old Town takes around twenty minutes thanks to the Hungerburg funicular and the Seegrube and Hafelekar cable cars. This seamless link makes it one of the most urban-connected ski areas in the world. The area is part of the Karwendel Nature Park, one of the largest protected alpine zones, which helps preserve its rugged, untouched character.
