Our GIANT beach tour arrived in Nottingham today to celebrate out BIGGEST and BEST ever flights and holidays programme for summer 17 from East Midlands Airport, with MORE flights to 32 exciting hotspots including FOUR BRAND NEW destinations: Costa Brava (Girona), Naples, Split and Paris.
With the addition of these latest destinations more than 200 weekly flights will operate over the summer season. Plus the introduction of a SEVENTH AIRCRAFT, a 737-300, means more than 900,000 seats will be available, a 23 per cent growth year on year. What’s more, there are EVEN MORE flights to popular destinations including Alicante, Faro, Fuerteventura, Ibiza and Larnaca plus Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have also extended their flying programme to Crete and Rhodes so customers can really maximise the summer at the start and the end of the season.

Over the last seven years their operation here at East Midlands Airport has gone from strength to strength and we’re delighted that they are bringing new destinations to the East Midlands region. Girona, Split and Naples are brand new routes for summer 2017 and it’s great to see that Paris has also returned with four flights a week, serving both the leisure and business markets. These routes are popular holiday hotspots and will prove to be incredibly popular with our customers.”
New destination information:
• Costa Brava (Girona): twice weekly flights operating 28th April 2017 to end of October 2017, giving direct access to iconic Blue Flag beach resorts including Malgrat de Mar.
• Naples: weekly flights operating 2nd May 2017 to end of October 2017, giving access to the stunning Amalfi Coast with pretty villages including Positano.
• Split: weekly flights to the Dalmatia Riviera operating 30th April 2017 to 1st October 2017.
• Paris: 4 weekly flights to the French capital operating 30th March 2017 to end of October 2017.
