Readers of Telegraph Travel have recognised Jet2.com as the Best Short-Haul Airline.
Once again, we outperformed other short-haul airlines when it comes to customer experience and customer satisfaction, scooping yet another major award in the process.
The Telegraph Travel Awards are based on the opinions of tens of thousands of holidaymakers, who gave their verdicts on airlines, both short-haul and long-haul.
The short-haul category was based on how airlines ‘impress their passengers’ and deliver great service, with Telegraph Travel calling out Jet2.com ahead of other short-haul airlines for ‘friendly low fares’ and customer service.
This prestigious award comes on the back of a number of other notable accolades that we have received for delivering a VIP customer service, including five awards at the 2019 TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards (Best Airline – UK, Best Airline – Europe, Best Low Cost Airline – Europe, Best Economy Class – Europe and Top 10 Airlines of the World). We have also been awarded Which? Recommended Provider status for the past three years running, and were recently recognised by The Institute of Customer Service for being the best UK airline for delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
From Summer 20, we will operate of fleet of over 110 aircraft, flying customers to sun, city and ski destinations from our nine UK bases. This fleet size enables flight-only customers with Jet2.com and package holiday customers with Jet2holidays to choose holidays of any duration, giving them complete flexibility on top of the award-winning benefits of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.
