Jet2holidays and Jet2CityBreaks have once again been named Which? Recommended Providers, with Jet2holidays finishing joint-top of Which?’s annual survey of beach and resort package holiday providers.
This is the fifth year running that Jet2holidays has received this prestigious status, while Jet2CityBreaks is also recognised again.
Jet2holidays achieved the joint highest customer score in the consumer champion’s survey of over 8,000 travellers who were asked to rate their beach and resort package holidays over the last three years on criteria including the standard of customer service they received, how well descriptions of the holiday matched the reality, how well their trip was organised and value for money.
Jet2holidays was recognised by customers for maintaining the personal touch with them, despite its ongoing growth that has seen the company become the UK’s largest tour operator to many destinations across the Mediterranean and Canary Islands. Which?’s verdict states that Jet2holidays offers “five-star customer service at a very reasonable price.”
The company’s commitment to delivering a VIP customer service was also recognised by travellers, with one respondent noting that “you don’t feel like you’re just one of a herd”. Multiple respondents commented that they were repeat customers owing to their reliability and consistently high levels of service, with one traveller remarking they “always” use them and they’ve “never been let down”.
Following the survey, Jet2holidays has been named as a Which? Recommended Provider in three categories - ‘Beach and Resort Holiday Provider’, ‘Family Holiday Provider’ and ‘Solo Holiday Provider’.
The package holiday specialist topped the survey of ‘Solo Holiday Providers’, with Which? highlighting Jet2holidays’ single occupancy rooms, adult-focused hotels and £30 solo traveller discount.
Jet2CityBreaks is also recognised as the only Which? Recommended Provider for city breaks in the survey, with customers praising 22kg of luggage at no extra cost and exceptional customer service.
In a further demonstration of its excellent customer service, Jet2.com is already a Which? Recommended Provider for airlines, and Jet2.com and Jet2holidays won Travel Brand of the Year at the Which? Travel Awards 2022.
