Our annual ‘A Night with the Stars’ awards evening reached dazzling new heights this year as we took over the iconic First Direct Arena in Leeds!

The night was all about celebrating our amazing Customer Contact colleagues who shone brightly throughout 2025, going the extra mile (and then some!) to make sure our customers enjoyed truly unforgettable holidays. With team members travelling from every corner of the UK, the atmosphere was buzzing from the moment the doors opened.

The day kicked off with a lively Trade Fair, giving everyone the chance to meet, mingle, and pick up insider tips from our fantastic Hotel and Tourist Board Partners. And then… the biggest night in the Customer Contact calendar officially began!

This year’s theme was festive and fabulous, and the venue looked absolutely spectacular. The brilliant Michael McIntyre took to the stage as our host along with the famous voice of Jet2holidays, Zoe Lister. They were joined by our Chief Executive Officer, Steve Heapy, and Chief Customer Officer, David Hills, to reveal the shining stars of 2025.

A phenomenal 28 colleagues were honoured with awards for their outstanding impact on their teams, our customers, and Jet2.com and Jet2holidays as a whole.

Of course, none of this would be possible without our incredible sponsors, our Hotelier and Tourist Board partners, whose support brings the night to life. While ‘A Night with the Stars’ celebrates our colleagues, this year’s event felt like a joyful celebration of partnership, teamwork and the amazing community we’ve built together.
