Getting There

  • How do I book airport parking?

    For airport parking see the Lanzarote Airport website.

  • I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?

    For arrivals there is a taxi rank which is the meeting point .For departures ,the meeting point is usually outside terminal 1 (departure) near lay by.

  • Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?

    Terminal 1 for international and national flights. Terminal 2 for insular flights (Between the canary island)

Check-In

  • What time will the check-in desk open?

    2 hours and a half before flight schedule time of departure.

  • Is there a separate queue for online check-in?

    No, there is not online check-in queue.

  • What time will the check-in desk close?

    40 minutes before flight departure. 

Special Assistance

  • Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?

    Interserve facilities service, sin barreras PMR. You can book this service through www.aena.es

  • Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?

    Yes. 

  • Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?

    In terminal 1, the assistance desk is inside, turn to the right, its next to the Jet2.com Sales desk office.

At The Airport

  • Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?

    We do not have fast track service at Lanzarote, but Rep can go with assistance team to fast track (Passengers with special needs)

  • What are the opening times for the Sales desk?

    Sales desk open when we have operative flights. 30 minutes before the check-in open.

  • I have lost something in the airport/onboard a Jet2.com aircraft. Which telephone number can I call?

    Contact with handling company (Swissport Lost and found in the  arrival area) Telephone 0034 671041669. If you have lost something in the Airport, you should send an email to capucace@aena.es

  • Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

    Look for the VIP lounge and book it there, if not on the web page of Aena.es

  • Travelling with hand baggage only?

    If you have only hand luggage and boarding pass you can proceed to security control. If you have only hand luggage but not boarding pass, you need to go to Jet2.com check-in desk  to print it. If you have hand luggage only but you have a passport that is NON EU you should go to the Jet2.com sales desk for Stamp and checks .
