I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?
For arrivals, there is a taxi rank which is the meeting point. For departures, the meeting point is usually outside Terminal 1 (departure) near the layby.
Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?
Please use Terminal 1 for international and national flights. Terminal 2 is for flights between the other Canary Islands.

What time will the check-in desk open?
2 hours 30 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
Is there a separate queue for online check-in?
No, there’s not another queue for those who have checked in online.
What time will the check-in desk close?
The check-in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.
Special Assistance
Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?
Interserve facilities service. You can book this service through www.aena.es
Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?
Yes.
Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?
In Terminal 1, the assistance desk is inside. Turn to the right – it’s next to the Jet2.com Sales Desk office.
At The Airport
Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?
There isn’t a fast track service at Lanzarote, but passengers requiring special assistance can go with assistance team to fast track.
What are the opening times for the Sales desk?
The Sales Desk is open when flights are in operation, and 30 minutes before check-in commences.
I have lost something in the airport/onboard a Jet2.com aircraft. Which telephone number can I call?
You can contact the handling company, Swissport, in the lost and found area in arrivals or by calling 0034 671041669. If you’ve lost something in the airport, please send an email to capucace@aena.es
Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?
You can book in the VIP lounge or online at www.aena.es
Travelling with hand baggage only?
If you only have hand luggage and your boarding pass, you can proceed to security. If you have only hand luggage but not your boarding pass, you need to go to the Jet2.com check-in desk. If you have hand luggage only alongside a passport that is non-EU, you should go to the Jet2.com Sales Desk as well.
