  • Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?

    Yes. There are designated telephone points located in the car parks and a PRM Help point in the drop-off area.

  • Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?

    Any customer with assistance booked should proceed to the PRM Information Desk. In front of the terminal building, there are two designated pick-up points with intercom/calling devices. Passengers can press the 'assistance’ button and a PRM service provider will answer the call.

  • Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?

    Yes. This can be purchased online prior to the departure at: www.hermesairports.com, for EUR 3.50 (30% off). Upon departure at the airport, there are also two Express Lanes in the check-in area of Departures Level 2, after the electronic boarding card readers, and before Immigration on Departures Level 2 for EUR 5.00.

  • What are the opening times for the Sales desk?

    The Sales desk will open 3 hours before departure.

  • I have lost something in the airport/onboard a Jet2.com aircraft. Which telephone number can I call?

    For items lost in the airport please call 00357 24 804715. For items lost onboard please call 00357 24 008535.

  • Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

    Yes. Aspire Aphrodite Executive Lounge is located on the third floor after the Security Screening point. You can purchase access online at www.executivelounges.com/aspire or www.hermesairports.com for EUR 32.00, and upon departure at the Aspire Lounge for EUR 35.00.

  • Travelling with hand baggage only?

    If travelling with hand baggage only and if you are in possession of your boarding card, you may proceed straight to security (unless your boarding card indicates otherwise). We advise that you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your flight to allow enough time.
