Jet2.com Prize Draw Terms & Conditions – Win Flight to Your Dream Destination  

This prize draw is promoted by Jet2.com Limited (registered number: 02739537) whose registered office is at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU ("Jet2.com", "we" or “us”). By entering this prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms. 

1. This prize draw opens at 17:00:00 on 29^th September 2023 and closes at 23:59:59 on 30^th November 2023.  

2. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2.com, Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2 plc or any other companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant may only enter once.  

HOW TO ENTER

3. Jet2holidays will host a competition via a Facebook and Instagram post from the Jet2.com & Jet2holidays Facebook & Instagram pages.   

4. To enter this prize draw you must complete a form with your details via a link on the above post before the closing time and date detailed in paragraph 1.  

5. Jet2.com shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do not reach it before the closing time or are illegible, incomplete or corrupted. You must have a valid email address to claim this prize.  

CHOOSING A WINNER

6. There will be 1 lucky winner of the prize draw.  

7. The winner of the prize draw will be randomly selected through a computer-generated process.  

8. The winner of the prize draw will be notified by email or using the other contact details provided to us within 14 days after the closing time for the prize draw. We will try our best to contact the winner during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received. 

9. The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days of having been notified. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received. Winners must have a valid email address to claim their prize. 

10. For transparency we will generally publish the surname and county of prize winners online. However, if you are a winner and you object to us doing this or would like us to reduce the amount of information, we publish then please let us know when claiming your prize.  

THE PRIZE

11. This prize is for a  Jet2.com voucher for the winner to redeem against a one return Jet2.com flight up to a maximum value of £1,000 ( the “Flight”). The winner may choose any number of companion(s) for the Flight.    

12. The Flight purchased with the voucher must be taken by the winner (who must be over the age of 18) along with their selected travel companions.  

13. The prize must be booked by 14^th December 2023 and travel to and from destination must be taken on or after 1^st December 2023 with all return travel to the UK completed by 31^st October 2024. If the prize is not claimed by the redemption date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2.com reserves the right to award the prize to another randomly selected entry.  

14. Flight may be changed or cancelled by Jet2.com for administrative reasons without prior notice. Please note that Jet2.com’s schedules are not guaranteed.  

15. Flight may not be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. Once you have booked your Flight, you cannot change the booking and it may only be taken by the promotion winner along with the stated number of other travellers.  

16. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.  

17. No optional flight/ board/ accommodation/ transfer supplements are included in the prize and these must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party  

18. Flight is subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and Bank/School Holidays: please see www.jet2.com/promotions for further terms and restrictions. Excludes Iceland and Christmas Market flights unless stated.  

19. A restricted number of free seats are available per flight, Jet2.com reserve the right to offer an alternative date/destination to the one offered if this allocation is met.  

20. Voucher may not be used on a Flights over the value of £1000 and the winner will not be permitted to pay any additional fees to take the Flight over £1000. Flight must be to the value of £1000 or below. If the value of the Flight is below £1000, the winner will not be awarded credit, no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining amount will be lost. 

21. This prize includes 1 x 22kg checked baggage per passenger, and 1x 10kg hand luggage per passenger.  

22. The prize is subject to Jet2.com's terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.jet2.com/terms ("Terms and Conditions").  In the event of any discrepancies these prize draw terms and conditions shall take precedence. 

23. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.

24. Jet2.com reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to offer an alternative flight at any time to the equivalent prize value.   

25. The voucher may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash.  

GENERAL

26. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the Prize Draw. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2.com privacy policy (see http://www.jet2.com/privacy).  

27. Jet2.com may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without notice. Jet2.com may cancel a prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that makes it necessary to do so.  

28. Where Jet2.com makes any changes to the flights, including dates of travel, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2.com will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the prizes, or for any loss or damage entrants or passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2.com in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2.com's negligence or for fraud. 

29. If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which Jet2.com determines (acting reasonably): (a) is contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw; and/or (c) is unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the prize draw at Jet2.com's sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded (if applicable). This may include without limitation participation by professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants and/or Jet2.com. Furthermore, where Jet2.com determines that such actions have impaired the prize draw, Jet2holidays may, at its sole discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions, including: repeating or adding further stages to the prize draw; or in the event of disqualification, awarding the prize to a/other runner(s) up, another entry drawn at random or the next entry with the highest number of votes (as applicable).

£2 Golf Carriage

• Discount is valid for the applicable charges for booking Golf equipment carriage at the time of booking eligible return flights either through the Jet2.com direct website, by telephone though the Jet2.com call centre, booked through the Jet2.com mobile app or booked through approved 3^rd party providers subject to the restrictions detailed below.  
• The offer is subject to availability, up to a maximum of 1 Golf equipment bag per person with a maximum weight of 22kg per bag. Anything over this weight limit will be charged at the standard excess baggage rate at the relevant airport. No equipment may weigh more than 32kg.

Jet2shop Bon Voyage Competition

1. To enter you must be aged 18 or over and live in Great Britain (Scotland, England and Wales). If you live in Northern Ireland, you cannot enter. HOW TO CLAIM: If on opening your Jet2.com beauty bag, you find that you have found one of Jet2.com golden tickets, then either call the phone number (during office hours only) or send an email to the address that is printed on the back of the golden ticket to find out how to claim your prize. Keep this ticket as we will require it to validate your claim. When you call, you will be asked to answer a series of verification questions including the unique code on the ticket plus the date and location of purchase of the beauty bag. If entrants are unable to pass the verification checks, it will be at the discretion of Jet2.com as to whether a prize is issued.

Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative property/destination/transfers/travel dates at any time, to the equivalent prize value, or at its discretion, the cash value of the prize or element of the prize being substituted.  

18. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.  

19. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. 32. 33. If a winning ticket is found by a person under the age of 18, the prize must be claimed by their parent or legal guardian in the above manner. 

34. Where Jet2.com or Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prizes (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2.com or Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2.com or Jet2holidays’ negligence or for fraud.  

35. Transferability of winning ticket: Winning tickets must not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including on online auction sites. If Jet2.com becomes aware that a winning ticket has been made available for sale, bought or sold, Jet2.com reserves the right to refuse to redeem the winning ticket without payment of compensation to the entrant who submits the relevant winning ticket for verification as a valid win. 

36. If for any reason a prize is not available, Jet2.com reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal value. 

37. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the control of Jet2.com which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Jet2.com may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. 

38. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be disqualified. Jet2.com may refuse to award a prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the prize(s) has/have been awarded. 

39. Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to Jet2.com within 3 months of the Claim by Date. Winners may request, when claiming their prize, that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced. Without prejudice, Jet2.com will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request. 

40.  If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions. 

41. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail. 

42.  By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Half Price Ski Carriage

Terms & Conditions – Jet2.com and Jet2holidays Travel Insurance Prize Draw

This prize draw is promoted by Jet2.com Limited (registered number: 02739537) whose registered office is at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU ("Jet2.com", "we" or “us”). By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms: 

1. This prize draw opens at 00:00:01 on 18 May 2023 and closes at 23:59:59 on 16 June 2023 (the “Prize Draw Period”).  

2. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2.com, Jet2holidays Limited (“Jet2holidays”), Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. There is no limit on the amount of times that an entrant can be entered into the prize draw and an entrant can win more than one prize across the Prize Draw Period.

Choosing a Winner and Awarding the Prize: 

5. There is no set amount of winners who may win a prize in this prize draw. Instead, Jet2.com has a budget of £100,000 which it will use to reimburse the winners the value of their flight or holiday (as applicable). 14 days following the end of the prize draw, Jet2.com will randomly select winners through a computer-generated process and the first entrant selected will win the prize of having their flight or holiday refunded (including any ancillaries purchased directly through Jet2.com or Jet2holidays but excluding ancillaries booked through third parties (such as airport parking or lounge access)). Jet2.com will continue to draw winners one by one and award refunds of holidays and flights until Jet2.com has awarded £100,000 worth of refunds of flights and/or holidays.  

6. Where an entrant wins a refund of their flight(s), Jet2.com will refund the booking by refunding the value of the flight(s) (minus any exclusions as detailed in clause 5) back onto the card that was used to pay for the booking, or, if payment was made via PayPal, into the PayPal account that was used to pay for the booking. Where an entrant wins a refund of their holiday and it has only been partially paid for by the entrant, Jet2.com will refund the amount paid for the holiday by the entrant onto any and all cards that have been used to pay for the part of the booking in proportion to the amount that those cards paid for the booking and cancel down any outstanding amount yet to be paid. 

7. Where a winner wins a refund and a card used for payment on the winning booking has expired or has otherwise been cancelled, the winner will be required to follow the instructions of Jet2.com which will involve the winner being emailed a link to submit new card details in order to receive the refund back into the card account. 

8. If an entrant cancels their travel insurance policy within the Prize Draw Period or within 14 days following the end of the prize draw, their entry will be void and they will not be eligible to be to be entered into the prize draw or to win a prize. 

9. If the winner has already travelled prior to Jet2.com selecting them as a winner, Jet2.com will refund the winning booking in accordance with clause 6 above. 

10. If the winner has purchased a multi trip policy, they will be reimbursed the value of the booking purchased at the same time or the existing booking that the policy is added onto. For the avoidance of doubt, only one booking will be reimbursed on a multi trip policy. 

11. The winners of the prize draw will be notified by the email address which was used to book the winning bookings or using the other contact details provided to us 14 days after the prize draw takes place. We will try our best to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received. 

12. The winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 72 hours of having been notified. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received. Winners must have a valid email address to claim their prize. 

13. For transparency we will make available the surname and county of prize winners to those who request it from prizewinners@jet2holidays.com. However, if you are a winner and you object to us doing this or would like us to reduce the amount of information we make available, then please let us know when claiming your prize.  

14. For any winner that has won a refund of the cost of their flight, that flight is subject to Jet2.com's terms and conditions http://www.jet2.com/terms.  

15. For any winner that has won a refund of the cost of their holiday, that holiday is subject to these terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions. The Jet2.com and Jet2holidays terms and conditions are together the "Terms and Conditions" which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively.  

16. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these prize draw terms and conditions, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.  

17. Group bookings of more than 10 people are excluded from entering. 

18. Jet2.com reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize with another prize to the equivalent prize value (which may include (but is not limited to) a voucher or credit note), or at its discretion, the cash value of the prize being substituted. 

19. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. 

20. Once the prize has been awarded, any changes to the winner’s booking will be charged at the normal rate. Where any changes lead to the flight or holiday becoming more expensive, the winner will be responsible for bearing the cost of the increase. Where any changes lead to the flight or holiday becoming cheaper, the winner will not be entitled to any further refund. 

21. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.   

22. Flights may be changed or cancelled by Jet2.com for administrative reasons without prior notice. 

General: 

23. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays’ privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policyhttp://www.jet2.com/privacy). 24. Jet2.com may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without notice at any time. Jet2.com may cancel a prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.  

25. Where Jet2.com makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2.com will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2.com in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2.com negligence or for fraud.  

26. If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which Jet2.com determines is: (a) contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw; and/or (c) unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the prize draw at Jet2.com's sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded. This may include without limitation participation by professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants and/or Jet2.com. Where Jet2.com determines that any actions have impaired the prize draw, Jet2.com may, at its sole discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions, including: 

1. repeating or adding further stages to the prize draw; or  


2. in the event of disqualification, awarding the prize to a/other runner(s) up, another entry drawn at random or the next entry with the highest number of votes (as applicable).
