France
Alpe d'Huez (0/50cm) and Les Deux Alpes (0/50cm) both reopened at the weekend with good skiing to be had on the well groomed upper slopes.
The upper slopes of Val d’Isere received a dusting of snow which is set to continue until midweek, this will hopefully give the whole area a welcome boost. The best skiing in this resort is still above Le Fornet - the Tete de Solaise has now reopened too.
Over at Val Thorens (15/35cm) the resort received a dusting at the start of the week which has improved the upper slopes, while lower down the mountain - hard and fast skiing is the order of the day.
