Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?
All Jet2.com flights depart from the main terminal building. There is only one terminal in Krakow.
I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?
There is a Kiss & Fly lane for drop off and pick up. This is free of charge for the first 10 minutes.

What time will the check-in desk open?
The check-in desk will open 2 hours 30 minutes before departure.
What time will the check-in desk close?
The check-in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.

Which company will provide me with Assisted Travel?
Welcome Airport Services provide Assisted Travel at Krakow Airport.
Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Assisted Travel)?
Yes, follow the blue PRM path to a contact point where the PRM service will be able to assist.
Where do I go if I have booked Assisted Travel? Where does my Assisted Travel begin?
Any customer with assistance booked should proceed to the nearest help point located at the train station, multi-storey car park, outdoor carpark, inside the terminal building or Jet2.com check-in desk.

Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?
Unfortunately, Krakow Airport does not offer this service.
What are the opening times for the Customer Help Desk?
The Customer Help Desk is open between 04:30-22:00 every day.

Travelling with hand baggage only?
If you are travelling with hand baggage only and are in possession of your return boarding card, please proceed straight to level 1 and pass security control (unless your boarding card says otherwise) – please arrive at least 90 minutes before your flight to allow enough time to reach the boarding gate.
