Pretty Poetic Passenger Praise

Finding a way to say thank you for a job well done is not always easy, but as you can see from the “poetic praise” below from one of our Jet2holidays customers – Lesley Webster, she loved our service and found the perfect way to thank us for the Menorca memory we helped to create for her and her husband.

We wanted to say a big thank you
It’s taken us a little while
Thank you seemed not to be enough
We wanted to do it in style

We booked a Jet2holiday
We booked it all online
Off to Menorca for 1 week
Online booking worked perfectly fine

The service at Leeds Bradford Airport
Was delivered by all with a smile
And though we were to be delayed
It was only for a very short while

The Cabin Crew were attentive
The announcements were all very clear
The seats were comfy and spacious
And Menorca was getting quite near

On our arrival in Menorca
The transfer desk was quite slow
Three planes all arriving at once
Can cause chaos and confusion you know

However that was but a hiccup
Private transfers next time maybe
We were eventually off on the mini bus
Looking forward to our first G & T

We loved not being pestered
By Jet2 reps in resort
We were given a telephone number
If we had any problem to report

Sadly our week was soon over
And it was time to head on back
The service again of Jet2 staff
Was attentive and the flight was on track

You impressed us Jet2 virgins
So praise to all of you
