Jet2holidays scooped a prestigious gong at the Silver Travel Awards 2018 last night, winning the prize for Best Short-Haul Operator.
We beat a number of other tour operators to win the accolade, which recognises companies that give excellent service for the over-50s market. This shows that our VIP customer service is a hit with this audience, as are all the other fantastic benefits that we offer such as free Resort Flight Check-in, friendly in-resort representatives, and airport transfers included.
A total of 21 awards were handed out across a range of categories, after a record 100,000 public votes were cast.
Classic FM presenter John Suchet hosted the awards at the National Portrait Gallery, and we would like to thank the organisers, Silver Travel Advisor, as well as everyone who voted for Jet2holidays!
