Jet2.com and Jet2holidays ranked top for customer service

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have once again been named as one of the top brands in the country for delivering excellent customer service.
We were ranked 29 out of a total of 315 brands in 2018 for delivering excellent customer service in the 2018 UK Customer Experience Excellence Analysis, published by KPMG Nunwood.
The research by KPMG Nunwood was collected via an online survey where over 10,000 UK customers were interviewed. To participate in the research and to be able to respond to questions on a specific company, respondents must have interacted with that company in the last six months.
