As a family friendly airline we will always endeavour to seat children & infants under the age of 12 next to their accompanying adults.

We kindly ask that customers refrain from using their own infant or extension seatbelts onboard.

Jet2.com is a family friendly airline and we welcome mothers to breastfeed onboard at any time during the flight, including during take-off and landing. Both mother and baby must continue to observe the seatbelt sign. If you need a blanket for some privacy, please bring this with you or speak to a member of our cabin crew who can offer a seat in the galley.

You can bring one piece of hand luggage onboard free of charge, as long as it weighs no more than 10kg and is no larger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm, including any wheels and handles.

We are happy to carry sports equipment, musical instruments and other outsize items such as wedding attire, providing there’s space available on the aircraft.

Our Cabin Crew will be delighted to offer you a fantastic range of tax and duty-free products from our <b><i>Jet2shop</i></b>, including fragrances, aftershave, skincare, make-up, jewellery, watches and gifts.

For the safety of all our customers, at least 7 days must have elapsed since the first spots appeared, with no others forming, before we are able to consider carrying anyone with chicken pox.
